Dr. Richard has been seeing our little one for 9 months now right from her birth. She was an IUGR baby born 9 weeks early and weighed only 1kg. As first time parents we were naturally anxious. However, the way Dr. Richard clearly explained to us the care she would undergo under his supervision at the Neonatal unit, we felt assured and confident that she was in safe hands. Example , at the time of her discharge from the hospital, not only did he thoroughly examine her, but also counselled us on why he would be adding supplements to her diet to help her weight gain. Post discharge, he was still actively involved and tracked her progress with realtime feedback whilst his team would visit us at home and ensure that our little one was adjusting in her new environment. Throughout the following 9 months, he has been tracking her progress regularly and has made sure that the concerned specialists are involved in her care. We are extremely greatful that Dr. Richard has been taking care of our daughter and hope that other parents in similar situations can benefit from his expertise in the area of neonatal care.
