From the very start Richard communicated all the medical conditions clearly to the parents, explaining the different treatments available and suggestions according to his vast expanse of knowledge and experience as this was very new to us. He never gave up hope on our baby despite his complications and setbacks Richard was determined to make him better. He made life changing decisions that saved our childs life, acted immediately in life threatening situations and was patient with his progress, never giving up or admitting failure. He took responsibility for our child and provided exceptional care at the highest level. He made appropriate referrals and administered medication delicately and in response to the patients specific needs. There was never any discrimination in regards to the childs abilities and all his patients were treated equally and fairly irrelevant of their condition. Thanks to doctors who provide this level of passion and attention towards their patients, who go above and beyond to help others, we would have a whole generation of sick babies getting better. If it wasn't for the faith and guidance Richard provided, my child would not be alive and well today. All his advice was helpful appropriate and of a high standard. We are eternally grateful.
