Had a relatively minor operation on my back to remove a lump. Dr knottenbelt and nurse Hayley made me feel quite at ease and comfortable. They explained everything that they were doing and carried it out quite professionally. I had no pain before,during or after the procedure. It revives your faith in the Health service that the process was carried out calmly and effectively and on time. WELL DONE.
