I saw Dr Knottenbelt and nurse Jess today for a procedure. Dr Knottenbelt explained the procedure, gave me choices and plenty of reassurance. They made sure that I knew what was happening at all times and I felt happy with the procedure. Their professionalism and kindness was outstanding.
