First of all the Charing Surgery was very efficient, my temperature was taken etc and I was seen right on time. Both Dr Knottenbelt and Nurse Jess were welcoming and listened to my reasons for attending. The procedure that was to take place was explained step by step and the minor surgery carried out. Completely painless. Next steps were then explained clearly. A very good experience all round.
