Review is the poor service by receptionist!
As I said before as my wife was leaving her appointment. She kindly asked the receptionist if her daughter scan results were in .
Receptionist response was that you have to call the surgery to obtain the results.
Hang on you can’t give results face to face ? As we all know it takes ages before you answer the phone ! Very poor !! Service from receptionist!!

After visiting Dr.Jacob today for an ongoing foot problem she was very attentive and patient. We discussed the best possible
treatment and care form and I left the surgery feeling like I had been thoroughly looked after,
