My family has been registered with Summerhouse surgery for the last 5 years and I have a good experience of this surgery. The doctors and nurses at this practice are polite and considerate. I never had any problems with booking an appointment or consulting a doctor. I would like to specially thank Dr Jeyabalasingam for patiently listening to my problem and acting promptly when i consulted him a few months back on behalf of my wife who was suffering from an eye ailment.

Wife just been to surgery for her appointment. Just as she was leaving she asked if they had the results for her daughter scan. Receptionist response was you need to ring and ask for the results. Hang on she standing in front of you and you can’t tell her the results face to face . This is poor !! As we all know it takes ages for the phone to be answered!

Should have checked to see if the scan results were present and results shared. Not to be told ring and we will update you !

The receptionists are helpful and accommodating, the doctors never rush your appointment and always discuss treatment options with you.

The doctors are all very caring, sympathetic and involve you in decisions about your care. The receptionists and nurses are very helpful and its easy to get an appointment when you want one
