A brilliant Doctor, she is very compassionate and makes you feel at ease. She listens and takes her time with you.

Wold like her to be more aware of how to support patients interest when need to communicate with DWP. Her terminology can be mis represented and used against the patient . Eg. Using ref as I beleive rather than medical fact. Not always as robust in her wording and opinion as l need and understand. She appears to be compassionate but sometimes this overrules actions and the need for a better response to what I am expressing rather than a comforting ear. I don't always understand this and it can be frustrating. But will confirm that she is the only Dr who has enabled to trust and want to respond better to my health needs. She has been accommodating and very supportive and understanding when dealing with problems of contact with the surgery . This is the best help. I have ever had as it enables me to think l am understood and will be understood.This is security and reassurance l require. It needs to be practical and she made this happen so l feel safer to speak with other Drs.and more able to be confident.
