I have found in few consultations with Dr Clapham that if you challenge her opinion with facts she changes from pleasant to angry. In my last consultation she refused to listen to my plea and factual reasoning and denied me access to a specialist what resulted in 8 months agony that led me to bleed and be consequently sent on emergency to investigate if I have cancer. I lost a year of my life, my body has suffered irreparable damage and I know if I complain Dr Graffy will protect her. As result I am looking to move just so to change GP surgery.

i cannot fault Dr Clapham!! cheery and happy,pleasant and charming. excellent bedside manner. willing to listen to her patients point of view. the first doctor to refer me to a mental health specialist in 23 years instead of palming me off with pills..i feel sooo much better now, thanks to her :)
