I've been going to this surgery ever since I was a little girl, and am never disappointed in the quality of service that both the receptionists and the GPs provide. I'm in my early 20's now, and am thankfully in relatively good health. However, I have recurring mental health problems, and on my visits to see Dr Bourke about them, I never feel stigmatised or under pressure to share things that I don't want to. She's such a lovely GP; I never feel worried or stressed about seeing her. Going to the desk to arrange my follow up appointments is always easy, too - the reception staff are approachable and appointments are always relatively easy to find. I would also like to drop in a kind word for Dr Reeves; although I don't consider her my regular GP, she's the first GP who actually took the symptoms I was having seriously, and it was such a weight off my shoulders. It was a few years ago - I doubt she even remembers - but her help was deeply appreciated. Thank you for everything, Kings Road. I'll never go anywhere else.
