From the first I felt reassured that I could talk about my condition and would be listned to.. Dr Boreham had already looked up some of my details so knew a little about my condition and was very attentive to any details I gave. She thought carefully about my situation and gave a very well thought through plan for me including help for my immediate very uncomfortable condition as well as followup referral through my GP and advice to me as to how to make sure the right followup happens. She is a lovely warm and caring person with a real interest in what she does as well as obviously being extremely good at it. I went away feeling reasuured and confident that this longstanding and very unconfortable condition at last was being addressed in a way that would improve it. My grateful thanks to Dr. R. Boreham. She really has gone the extra mile for me.
