Dr Hassan operated on my left knee to repair a ruptured patella tendon, through no fault of his own what should of been a emergency operation was left for nearly 7 weeks, so the operation was tricky due to the amount of scar tissue around the tendon and my recovery was difficult because of the muscle wastage. nearly three years on i have great mobility in my left knee and barring a bit of swelling I'm pretty much pain free...
I saw Dr Hassan today due to problems with the patella tendon in my right knee, he is always very thorough with his examinations and explains your options clearly and with your best interests at heart. I'm hoping to avoid further surgery but if i have to go down that road i'd have no hesitations and would put my trust in Dr Hassan.
