I have seen Dr Ratnaval twice for skin problems and both times he has been incredibly professional, knowledgable, reassuring and very supportive with my complaints. He listens and has given me guidance and treatment which has helped me resolve my significant skin issues. Not only this, he has helped me to address the root cause of what was triggering my skin complaint. I really appreciate his informal and relaxed approach and he really is so easy to talk to, thank you so much Dr Ratnaval.
