I had an appointment to see Dr Ratna
Makker as part of my pre-op assessment for an operation due shortly. This operation has had to be postponed for a few months due to a pre-existing condition.
This was disappointing news but Dr Makker was charming & explained fully the reasons for the postponement.
She gave me ample opportunity to ask a variety of questions & was fully up to date with my case.
It was one of the best appointments I have ever had with a doctor in my 73 years.
