When a 'specialist tradesman', say, in one's mind is one of the best in that trade and you trust, is carrying out complicated work for you it may be difficult for that customer to understand the details about his work and it is a grave concern to the client. Thats me in this case, especially when it is inside your body! However Dr Shah puts the customer, 'patient' first . Talking with a calm reassuring manner and understanding your concerns. This can not be easy for any doctor to focus on just the patient infront of him or her as there are so many of us and just one of them. Dr Shah does. He shows care, consideration, politeness , humility, kindness and obvious professionalism. He was there to talk to me well before and on the day of the procedure. He treats you as an important person. My procedure was carried out so well. To be excellent in my view, in what you do or trying to be as best as you possibly can, you need a good team round you which he has, including his receptionist who is the first person you talk to at the beginning of treatment .
