Dr Rakesh Shah is very patient friendly. His manner though out the process was exemplary. He gave confidence in both his consultations and procedures and also had an excellent sense of humour prior to sedation, which helped immensely.
Dr Shah gave his e-mail address so that patients could contact him direct, something I found of great use as some months passed after what I thought was the last consultation, so I was able to get advice and see him almost immediately.
I would certainly recommend him to other people and he gave both confidence and peace of mind though out the whole process. Thank you very much Dr Shah!
