I have been under the care of Dr Rajogopalan since spring 2017 and have been given attentive thorough care regarding respiratory issues, he has referred me for many tests and these have been adhered to promptly and with compassion from his colleagues within the NHS at the Kent and Canterbury, The William Harvey hospital and at Guy’s and St Thomas’s. he takes time to listen to how I have been in the time leading to my appointments and is very informative about how procedures are performed and the results they may yield, Not that it would have been or is an issue if it were different but I would like to add that I’m always seen promptly on arrival for my appointments and am never felt rushed to leave after a certain amount of time and for this I am grateful as I consider your are able to discuss all or any issues which may have arisen since our last consultation. As my health issues are ongoing I feel assured I am receiving the best care I could possible receive and are thankfull for all that Dr Rajogopalan and his team of Nurses do personally for me. If I could give any constructive criticism and this by no means refers to DR Rajogopalan or his colleagues, I would like to see the NHS provide appointments with less waiting times for patients, but like many others I am aware of how closure of departments and the rise in population numbers affects this and that this is beyond the control of the staff who work hard to achieve this.
