Dr Pradeep went above and beyond with my care. Not only did he go out of his way to make the whole process go smoothly, chasing and following up with different stages of my care but, something which I consider incredibly valuable, he also took the time to explain things to me and share information with me so that I understood what was going on and felt involved in the care that was being given to me. This was so important in reducing my overall anxiety about the whole thing. He even took the time to identify and share quite specific further sources for me to read to know more about my situation, and, when I was discharged, also took time to listen patiently to my questions and answer them carefully and explain all and any next steps. The NHS is made up of many incredibly hard-working, caring and thoughtful people but Dr Pradeep stands out as a paragon example.
