Disinterested and/or doesn't listen sufficiently to understand; resulting in an entirely incorrect diagnosis and subsequent advice, culminating in an urgent visit to A&E.
My most recent phone consultation, in the absence of seeing the patient/s, further highlights the potential severity of any condition being wholly misdiagnosed solely in this 'modern - telephone call' way of diagnosis/treatment.
