I had a phone appointment with Dr Alleyne. During the call, Dr Alleyne was very impatient with me and would not let me explain what was wrong. She kept repeating herself, her voice shrieking up in anger and when I retaliated that I had answered her questions she shouted down the phone at me stating 'if you are as ill as you say you are, why don't you take yourself to A&E" and put the phone down.
