impossibole to see and no repeat appointment. says u can ring to get one but either msg is not passed on or he just choses to ignore it. i think he is more interested in his management bit than patient side of things and it leaves peeps like me on the outside and feeling ill. does he think i would ask to see him for fun of it>???? i needed to see him cos i was and am still suicidal and no return fone or appintment. joke :-((((((

Your Candid feed back is much appreciated! Please accept my sincere apologies for your poor experience. Your feedback raises fundamental questions about access to clinical care! It is by chance that i spotted this review today. Previously when I have received a 'review' the website would notify me and ask me to respond. It has not happened on this occasion. Again there has been a 'delay' in notifying me!. I note that you had commented on the 8th and today is the 23rd of Jan. Clearly there has to be a more efficient way of providing continuous feedback about services provided by my team and I. I am not sure if you will be notified of my reply today. If so I would suggest the following: 1. If you urgently need help please contact the Emergency Services. 2. Please ring my office on 01978726750 (Monday-Friday) and ask to speak to the 'duty officer' to discuss your care and treatment. They will also be able to coordinate a clinic appointment with me. I would like to once again apologise for your poor experience. I will be discussing this feedback with my Community Team and Administrative support shortly.
