It's hard to understand why he stopped caring for me and just basically dumped me! I've had no appointments, no reviews into my medication and no follow ups of any sort.
I am on the verge of making a complaint to someone high up in Betsi Cadwaladr because complaining within his unit would be a pointless waste of time.
The worst thing is that we are in the middle of a pandemic and my mental health is crumbling! I have been suicidal, depressed and anxious.
He appeared to want to help originally but I think he likes to see as many patients as possible and likes to keep the cogs turning! He basically does not want to help long term which is awful for patients who have life long problems!
I am appalled, disgusted and at a loss for where to turn next.
