Working as a health care provider, I often overlooked my own health problems for many years and finally came to a point of crisis. After several consultations with Dr. Singh, I was given a diagnosis and sensible management plan, which I am still under review.
From the start, Dr. Singh treated me with respect and paid much attention to my history. He was always understanding, supportive and humble. Dr. Singh provided adequate and relevant information about my condition and also spent time to answer my queries. My skepticism about my diagnosis soon faded and I began to understand the complexity of my problems. I have full confidence of the knowledge and experience of Dr. Singh and would not hesitate to recommend his specialty.
The care I received was of excellent standard and beyond my expectations. This also includes community support and out of hour service, despite NHS spending restrictions and increasing workload. Overall, I cannot fault the mental health and emergency services at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
