No regular appointments and no follow through checkups! Well mannered chap and friendly but seems more interested in management side of things than looking after his patients! My husband is left to deal with his issues with no support and no appointments for months on end!
We are told we only have to ring Dr Singh's secretary to get an appointment or phone call but despite doing that we are never contacted or replied too!
My husband got admitted to a psych hospital in Ayrshire for 4 months and only because my sister in law got him to see a local psychiatrist up there! -- we were that desperate!

I am really sorry to hear about your experience! A large share of the credit for good patient experience is down to the solid administrative support I have received over the years. I will will raise the issue of how telephone call messages are recorded and followed up with the Community Mental Health Team.
