Dr Patel is very experienced in gastroenterology and I have received good patient care. I have not have any issues with making contact with him when I've needed to be reviewed. However, during the earlier stage of the pandemic when reviews were conducted by telephone only, I would have preferred more time being given to these consultations. Generally I have been pleased with the care and treatment received.
