On meeting Dr Chakraborti to discuss my chemo treatment, I was extremely nervous and scared of what lay ahead. Dr C. explained the treatment to me in full and the possible side effects and at the same time reassured me that it is all doable and that should anything get too much, we’ll talk about it and adjust as necessary.
Knowing the treatment had options should things get difficult was helpful. He asked me to trust in him that he was making the best plan for me which I did.
Further appts were equally reassuring and caring. He listened to my queries and concerns and was even humorous at times!. It was a pleasure to meet you, thank you for making me feel like an individual and not a statistic.
