I was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer some two years ago and since that time Dr Chakraborti has been responsible for my treatment. The treatment has involved a relatively long period of chemotherapy during which Dr Chakraborti was caring and empathic. The close link between the nurses at ‘Healthcare at Home’ and the consultant was a very important feature of this care as it allowed constant contact with the consultant. By the very nature of my condition my life is of limited duration but I feel that by using the most recent pharmacological interventions Dr Chakraborti will make this period as long and as comfortable as he possibly can. I am pleased and grateful that Dr Chakraborti is the physician responsible for my care.
