After being referred to Dr Chakraborti on my first appointment it was a refreshing experience as he put me totally at ease with regards to my condition, which I had been worrying about for some weeks prior to this appointment. I have since attended a second appointment with him after receiving two chemotherapy sessions and some other treatments and he has, once again, reassured me completely that things are moving very positively. He has a highly professional manner, a good sense of humour and an ability to make you feel at ease and confident in his prognosis and choice of ongoing treatment. If one has to go through this experience in life then I hope everyone has the opportunity to have as positive and supportive a doctor as I have been fortunate to have. It is also reassuring that he dictates his letter regarding the appointment whilst you are present allowing us to listen and be a part of his comments.
