I had treatment under Dr Chakraborti which started December 20, this was during Covid, so almost all my appointments were mainly over the phone. The calls were always on time and I didn't feel rushed. I did initially struggle with his accent, so if I didn't understand the drugs he would phonetically sound them out and explain the side effects and tell me to research them.
I feel the care I received was good and when my treatment plan was changed during the process he explained why.
It was a lonely process but his good humour and understanding helped me through a very hard time.
