he is a very empathic doctor, listens to the issues and is positive but realistic. He was very kind. He appeared to work well with other team members He went over and above to ensure access to treatment was the most current with the best results the only suggestion I would make would be for him to read through the notes and determine the focus of the appointment before the patient enters the room. It would make the patient feel more confident than being asked questions like 'did you have your biopsy?' which was why she had an appointment - to discuss results. I don't think anyone would mind waiting 5 mins in the waiting room rather than in the consultation room
