I have been trying to contact her and her secretary for weeks. The latter offers a terrible service over the phone and email, lacks knowledge and manners and does not know how to deal with any enquiry at all. I had their details as given by my insurance, where limited professionals are offered. I understand my case was complex but instead of having a conversation with me explaining why or why not she was willing to study my case I was brushed off and toyed around without any sort of explanation or answers and refused any type of service.
