The one to one discussion and the interest taken in me before, during and after my operation by Dr Das and his team was greatly appreciated, as it put me at my ease. It gave me clear understanding of what would happen, at every step of the way and I knew I would be fully supported by all the staff throughout my stay.
They were attentive but not obtrusive and maintained the right balance of input at the appropriate times over the course of the day.
Their calm, caring, supportive and wholly professional attitude, without being overbearing or dictatorial was just what was required and instilled me with nothing but confidence. I felt complete trust in them as a team and also felt that I mattered to them.
