Dr Philip Das came to the ward to explain what was going to happen and asked if we had any questions. His manner was friendly, warm and professional.
In the anesthetic room before the operation Dr Das was confident, explained what was happening and helped keep myself and my son calm.
Excellent service and what I would expect from and NHS professional.
