Comprehensive and compassionate assessment by Dr Bull. I particularly appreciated how he listened carefully and respected my experience and knowledge of my symptoms. I felt that I was being treated as an equal and it was about 'working with' me rather than 'doing to' me. I also appreciated the focus on mindfulness, compassion and not reaching for a pharmacological response. Excellent onward referrals to AHPs and recommendations for reading material. I was treated with total kindness and left feeling optimistic and informed about my treatment. Thank you.
