Dr Batty was a real pleasure to meet and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole visit. Very friendly and personable. He came in specifically to see me when he was not in the office as he knew I was returning to Canada and wanted to accommodate seeing me before my travel date. I really appreciated that. Very thorough in his examination. Very informative. Very detailed when giving instructions and made sure I understood his recommendations and why. I Was happy with his treatment plan. Sent a detailed letter with the links he said he would send, even before I left London. Took his time and I didn’t feel rushed. Would highly recommend Dr Batty to anyone who needs to see a Sports Medicine specialist. Will definitely return to London for his professional opinion and recommendations if my condition warrants it.
