PW/CI/366142A Dear DR. Wilkinson, Thank-you for taking the time to write to me regarding my fall I year ago. The late Queens funeral unfortunately put paid to my face-t- face appointment. I received a text about the 'phone appointment for 11/10/22 which i replied to, explaining that I would be away for 11 days in New York. Unfortunately, it didn't send. I am reasonably well; I do get occasional giddiness and my walking/legs are somewhat slower. A month before my fall I had a bit of a turn whilst sitting at the dining table. I felt very giddy and felt Iwas going to pass out. I lay on the floor until I felt better. This was unusual. I don't recall ever feinting. This was a very strange event.
