Dr. Wilkinson is a Top Class clinician and , in his consultations, demonstrates great listening skills , and of course a lifetime of experience.
I have no doubt that Dr.Wilkinson is a genuine humanitarian , and I would like to thank him for his service , and for his post-retirement re-engagement with Public Service in our country.
