Dr Maidment has an easy going manner but is completely profesional when explaining procedures.

Thank you for that helpful feedback,I do find it a challenge to balance the easy going/ with not wanting to come across as being "unprofessional" and certainly one cannot be all things to all people. Certainly I have found having an open manner seems to work for me and make the day - which sometimes can be long and daunting more efficient and enjoyable and appears to lead to better outcomes for patients. Thanks
