Created an initial inquiry more than 3 days ago online, and the practice failed to communicate. The doctor was persistent in spewing outlandish alibis as to why it took them so long to respond. Customer service is appalling, to say the least. Unprofessional, disputatious, and unwelcoming. Beware of the great reviews through Google.
