Dr Norris and his team actually saved my life when I was rushed into East Grinstead Hospital due to having been left with a very severe infection and my airways closing up after a very bad dental experience. Tell dentist I had seen a year before, had left half a tooth and telling me it was fine just because she couldn't get it all out therefore leaving an open wound which quickly had an infection set in. I was then left taking different antibiotics for a yr in which the infection became so bad no dentist would treat me. I was eventually rushed over to East Grinstead where Dr Norris was on duty. Dr Norris was not only appalled by what he saw but also disgusted after being told of the very bad treatment I'd suffered even more so as I have an auto immune disorder which did not help at all. Dr Norris had me admitted immediately and was concerned that the infection had gone into my bone. Sadly, I lost my bottom teeth yes, the lot apart from 4 front one's but thanks to Dr Norris and the skill of his team, he got rid of the infection and made me well again, in fact saving my life as I was very ill indeed and wouldn't have lasted much longer. I now have to have more dental work due to more infections caused by medication and poor dental work yet again and I am very worried about who I let loose on my mouth so if Dr Norris is happy to do all the work ie. Implants along with other extensive dental work than my husband and I are only too happy to pay Dr Norris as I really don't trust anyone else. Thank you to Dr Norris and his team in fact I really can't thank you enough.

I saw Dr Norris at Arnside House, Carlisle, having been referred by a nurse from Eden Practice. I had a 'horny growth'/keratosis (approx 4mm) for several months on my ankle which wouldn't go away. A few days before my appointment the main body actually came away leaving just the base. Dr Norris examined the base and agreed with me that "it would just grow back" . He suggested it be cut out so ,after a quick local anaesthetic, he did just that. Perfect, quick, efficient and friendly service with the result I was hoping for. Many thanks.
