Brilliant doctor listened to every word. Spent loads of time carrying out assessments and explain why he done each test and the reason behind each.

I felt that I wasn't being taken seriously.
I left from a very brief appointment feeling rushed out.
I don't feel he was listening to me at all.

I didn't find he was listening to me I was rushed and and out. Came out of the appointment none the wiser and a bit deflated as I felt he didn't believe me
