I cannot reccomend Paul Hart. He was disinterested in me as a patient. He was fine at the initial consultation until asked general questions by me about treatment and medication. This clearly irritated him. He was dismissive and arrogant and worst of all unable to listen to me as a patient. I stopped seeing him and got a referral to another consultant.
