I have been registered with Dr Paul Fludder for over 20 years. For the first ten years my requirements were minimal, but then my wife was diagnosed with inoperable cancer. During the years that followed, Dr Fludder played an increasingly important role in our lives, always responsive, always able to arrange consultations with specialists. He was even accepting, or tolerant, of my wife's involvement with alternative treatments such as homeopathy and CBD. Several years after my wife's cancer diagnosis, I went to Dr Fludder to report blood in my urine. He quickly arranged a cystoscopy which led to a diagnosis of bladder cancer. After my wife died, and still being treated for cancer, I had a physical breakdown, manifesting in critical blood levels, and Dr Fludder set up an emergency appointment at St Richard's in Chichester, where they kept me for a month. The hospital doctors were unable to improve my bloods and sent me home to die armed with a bag of morphine injections. Dr Fludder took it upon himself to keep an eye on me and monitored my bloods on a regular basis, this despite the pressures of a busy practice that had been coping with Covid for three years. At all times Dr Fludder was calm and unflustered, giving sympathetic and helpful advice, listening to our concerns. I have no hesitation in recommending him as a first-class general practitioner.
