Clear logical explanations.
Evidence based opinions and decisions in which I the patient included.
Makes it seem have all the the time needed never rushed but must be a long queue behind I am sure!
Letters are quickly typed and concise to the point referral information.
Acts on the advice of consultant specialists with reasoned thought and review of facts.
Adding humour to sometimes dire situations makes for a thoroughly human, humane and speedy treatment. Ultimately this must be economical and efficient for the practice workflow.
