Dr Wright is a great listener and no matter how worried you are, he cheers you up. In addition to being a really good doctor, he is excellent at all the electronic communication stuff which efficiently cross-references the patient's needs. So to sum up, he has all the skills of being a warm, caring traditional GP as well as making the most of up-to-date facilities. A winning combination!

Typically you hear laughter coming out of Dr Wright's room. He has the gift of cheering patients up while working towards finding the right solution for each one. He is brilliant at using IT (information technology) to assist him in this. So brilliant that he sorts out the other doctors' problems with their computers. He has small children himself so he understands other parents' stresses and worries.

Mum and I are both registered with Doctor Paul Wright. Without doubt he is one of the most caring dedicated men I have ever met. The same goes for the rest of the practice where the staff from the bottom to the top are wonderful people. Its taken me a long time to doing this review. If any of the staff ever get to read this, know that although we don't say so enough Mum and I really appreciate the help and care you give us ---Thanks

Clear logical explanations. Evidence based opinions and decisions in which I the patient included. Makes it seem have all the the time needed never rushed but must be a long queue behind I am sure! Letters are quickly typed and concise to the point referral information. Acts on the advice of consultant specialists with reasoned thought and review of facts. Adding humour to sometimes dire situations makes for a thoroughly human, humane and speedy treatment. Ultimately this must be economical and efficient for the practice workflow.
