Referred by local GP for chest consultation early November. Dr Dempsey immediately put me at my ease and a meaningful rapport was quickly established. Case history discussed in depth, tests carried out fully explained before and during process. I was given a clear picture as to what would happen next and left feeling re-assured. Dr Dempsey's subsequent consultation report was concise, very comprehensive and received in accordance with timescale he had given (as was subsequent CT scan report). His action to ensure his fees were kept to a minimum was also much appreciated.
Very professional and understanding - if such consultations could ever be described
as a pleasure then this was one. I owe him a rum & crabbies.
