Hi I have been twice to see Dr. Dempsey and on both occasions I have been met with friendly helpful staff with little or no waiting. Dr. Dempsey has the nicest manner putting me at ease and more importantly actually listening to what I was telling him regarding my life style and my condition. I had a very bad experience with G-Meds OH doctor during a phone call meeting which left me fully depressed as if my life was at an end. However Catherine Dr. Dempsey's nurse PA or what ever phoned me to ask how I was, I told her of my OH Dr.(who will remain nameless) Catherine told me this Dr. knows nothing of my condition and to forget all she had said, and that she would post to me some booklets explaining in black and white how to live with my condition. This was a real life saver for me. I can only praise Dr. Dempsey and his team for great work and care, and wish them all continued good health to keep up the excellent work they do. Gordon Naismith
