Seen timeously in clinic. The Doctor introduced themselves at the beginning of the consultation. Everything was explained clearly and at a level that I could understand. The Doctor's manner was polite and caring at all times. The Doctor answered all my questions in a way that made is easy for me to understand and feel reassured.
