I am a specialist nurse and often work on the ward when Dr Dempsey is in charge. He is always polite, empathetic and compassionate. He is very professional and I have heard him speak to his patient and have read his handovers. He gives constructive and positive feed backs and explained things to his patients in layman’s terms so they understand.
