I have visited Dr Dempsey clinic on a few occasions over the years. During visits i have been made to feel welcome and my concerns and symptoms always listened to. The advice and ongoing procedures suggested have duly followed. Dr Dempsey has always been happy, seemed knowledgeable and confident in his medical professional opinion.
There does seem to be a little blip in the computer system, where on arrival at reception you are always sent to x-ray regardless if one is required on that day.
On my last visit i was sent to x-ray even after saying "that's odd as I'm here to get x ray and lung function tests results". I went along for a seat to be told 15 minutes later x ray not required and go back to main clinic area. A walk, if nothing else!!! (exercise good for us all)
Could a tick box or similar be added to the check in list at reception to tell if x ray required?
